Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via WhatsApp.
